My teaching philosophy is about believed in each student’s ability. Every student has their own potential, and as a teacher it is my duty to ensure that all this students develop well in their studies. I will help children in developing their potential by believing that they are capable in anything so that they can be a person with high self-esteem. In teaching, I prefer students to gain the knowledge through experiences. As I believed that experience is the best teacher to us in remembering a lesson. As a teacher, I have to guide the students in every step they take as we know that teacher’s duty is not only to guide the student in study but also to develop a person with good personality and intellect. To be a teacher, I would say that I will give as much as I can to produce knowledgeable, moral, responsible and competent Malaysian. I know that being a teacher is difficult just like what Aristotle mentioned in one of his quote which saying that ‘The root of education is bitter but the fruit is sweet’. I hold this quote in my teaching so that I will always strive to be the best educator that I can be.
